At 1verse, we were approached by a prominent real estate firm with a unique proposition. Their request was to create high-quality digital twins of their property listings for showcasing on the metaverse, complemented by a live chat feature. The aim was to drive sales, reduce selling downtime and enhance the overall customer experience. To realize this vision, we were tasked with creating a visually immersive and interactive film to illustrate the potential of this innovative marketing approach.

Challenges & Approach

The primary challenge for us was to create a realistic, immersive, and seamless virtual walkthrough experience of the properties. It required capturing the essence of each property with pinpoint accuracy and transforming it into a digital twin for display on the metaverse. Our approach involved using 360-degree cameras to capture the entirety of the spaces from 62 different points, ensuring a comprehensive and lifelike rendering of the properties.

In addition, we needed to incorporate a live chat feature into the metaverse, which would allow prospective buyers to interact in real-time while exploring the digital twins, thus creating a unique, immersive and interactive property viewing experience.
